Description

Stay warm and cozy with this tahini infused hot cocoa! The tahini makes it so creamy, nutty and enhances the chocolate flavour. I'm not even kidding, this is the only way I drink hot chocolate now!

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Unsweetened plant-based milk (I use soy milk or oat milk)
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Maple syrup (may add more or less depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Warm milk on low-medium in a pot.
  2. Add tahini, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder and salt and whisk until combine.
  3. Add chocolate chips and whisk again until melted. Pour into your favourite mug and top with your desired toppings, I used mini vegan marshmallows, chocolate sauce and coconut whip. Enjoy!
