Ingredients

2 cup raw, whole rolled oats
1/2 cup raw nuts (I used sliced almonds and walnut pieces)
1/4 cup raw seeds (I used pumpkin seeds and hemp)
1 tbsp ground flax
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
4 tbsp cane sugar or honey
4 tbsp virgin coconut oil
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon powder
1 large pinch fine sea salt
1/4 cup dried fruit (I used freeze dried strawberry)
1/2 cup chocolate chunks once cooled

Preheat the oven to 325º F.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix well and toss to coat.

Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 18-22 minutes, until very lightly toasted.

Cool, then add chocolate chunks before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. ENJOY!
