Ingredients
  • 2 cup raw, whole rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw nuts (I used sliced almonds and walnut pieces)
  • 1/4 cup raw seeds (I used pumpkin seeds and hemp)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 4 tbsp cane sugar or honey
  • 4 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon powder
  • 1 large pinch fine sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (I used freeze dried strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chunks once cooled
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325º F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix well and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 18-22 minutes, until very lightly toasted.
  4. Cool, then add chocolate chunks before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. ENJOY!
