5-mins Pan Fried Sesame Tofu

So tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. This tofu is so versatile, can top it on salad or have it on the side. (Gluten free and Vegan)

INGREDIENTS
 142 g chopped fried tofu balls (see notes in directions)
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 1 tsp ketchup
 1 tbsp sambal Chile
 1 tsp rice vinegar
 2 tsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos
 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Add sesame oil to pan and heat on medium.

Add tofu fried balls, ketchup, sambal chili, rice vinegar, and Bragg's to pan. Fry for 5 minutes until roasted. Then add sesame seeds and roast for one more minute. Enjoy it as a snack, topped on salad or in stir fry.

Note: I used fried tofu balls by Tofu Superior, and cut each fried ball in half or 1/4 if you like them smaller. You can find this in your local East Asian Supermarket. I enjoy the chewy texture of the Tofu Superior brand. However, you can use any other tofu puff brands.
