This is the perfect Monday night healthy treat! SO quick and easy with all natural ingredients. (Gluten free and Vegan)
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line an 8x8inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine all ingredients. Mix well until a smooth batter formed.
Pour batter into parchment-lined pan. Smooth top. Optional toppings: sliced almonds, more chocolate chips or chopped peanuts.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
Allow bars to cool completely. Slice into 9 blondies. Enjoy!
