So tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. This tofu is so versatile, can top it on salad, mix into your favourite bowl or have it on its own as a snack.
Add sesame oil to pan and heat on medium.
Add tofu fried balls, ketchup, sambal chili, rice vinegar, liquid aminos and maple syrup to a pan. Fry for 5 minutes until roasted. Then add sesame seeds and roast for one more minute. Enjoy it as a snack, topped on salad or in stir fry.
Note: I used fried tofu balls by Tofu Superior, and cut each fried ball in half or 1/4 if you like them smaller. You can find this in your local East Asian Supermarket. I enjoy the chewy texture of the Tofu Superior brand. However, you can use any other tofu puff brands.
