Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Bites

Loaded with oats, creamy peanut butter and nuts and seeds, these make a delicious and healthy protein packed breakfast or snack! They’re super easy to make and take less than 15 mins to put together. (Gluten free and Vegan)

Instructions

  1. Add oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds and coconut into mixing bowl and mix with a spatula.
  2. Fold in peanut butter and honey until completely combined.
  3. Place mixture in fridge for 5 mins to bind ingredients.
  4. Take a small baking sheet and line with parchment paper, use an ice cream scoop and make small 1 inch balls and place on lined pan.
  5. Place bites in freezer for 15mins then serve. I keep mine stored in a Tupperware in the fridge. Enjoy!
