Frequently Asked Questions

Expand All:
Can I make these nut-free?

Yes! Just swap the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter or tahini, it still holds everything together and gives a delicious, slightly nutty flavour.

How long do these last in the fridge?

They’ll stay fresh for up to 1-2 weeks in an airtight container in the fridge, but chances are, they’ll be gone before that!

Can I freeze these?

Definitely. Freeze them in a single layer first, then transfer to a container or bag. They’ll keep for up to 3 months and you can grab one straight from the freezer when you need a quick snack.

Are they sweet enough without chocolate chips?

Yes, the maple syrup or honey gives them natural sweetness, but the chocolate chips add a little indulgence, feel free to skip or replace them with chopped dried fruit if you like.
