SIMPLE FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

Fluffy vegan flourless chocolate pancakes covered in a decadent chocolate sauce and topped with fresh strawberries. These are super simple to make and a healthy alternative. (vegan, gluten free)

Yields: 5 pancakes
INGREDIENTS
 1 cup large flake oats
 1 Ripe medium banana
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
 1 tbsp powdered egg replacer (I use Bob’s Red Mill Egg replacer)
 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
 1 tbsp coconut sugar
 ¼ tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Blend the rolled oats in a food processor until flour like consistency.

Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Heat griddle over medium heat on stove top. Pour 3 tbsp of batter on griddle, cook on each side for 2-3 mins until lightly brown.

Serve pancakes warm. Top with your favourite fruit, chocolate sauce, cinnamon powder, and coconut whip cream.
