Breakfast smoothie

Start your day off right with this protein packed, filling and delicious healthy breakfast smoothie! This recipe is filled with antioxidants, Vitamin C and high in fibre.

Yield: 3 servings
INGREDIENTS
 1 cup frozen mango
 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
 ½ cup kale (i used frozen)
 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
 1 ½ cups almond milk or other milk alternatives (add extra for desired consistency)
 1 banana
 1 tbsp Tru-Nut peanut butter powder ™ (optional)

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Pour and serve cold.
