Rose Cardamom Latte

This "latte" combines two of my favourite sweet flavours, floral rose and spiced cardamom. It's not your typical latte which has an espresso shot, but it's warming, enlivening and delicious just like a latte!

In a medium pot on low medium heat, add milk, rose petals, crushed cardamom, maple syrup and optional rose water. Let it come to a low boil stirring often. Grate the cocoa butter and whisk until combined. Let it simmer for 10 mins. Using a strainer pour into a mug and top with optional dried rose petals and more ground cardamom.
