ROSE CARDAMOM LATTE

This “latte” combines two of my favourite sweet flavours, floral rose and spiced cardamom. It’s not your typical latte which has an espresso shot, but it’s warming, enlivening and delicious just like a latte!

ONE-POT CHICKPEA BARLEY SOUP

This hearty soup is definitely a keeper that you can pass down in the family! It’s made from simple wholesome ingredients and is perfect to keep cozy during the cold days. I also love this recipe because it freezes so well. The soup thickens in the fridge, so just add a bit of broth or water when reheating.

This chai spiced oatmeal tastes like your favourite chai tea latte in warm creamy oats. I love getting creative with oatmeal, and this one definitely hits home with it’s sweet, warm and spiced flavoured.

These fluffy hearty whole wheat english muffins make the perfect high fibre breakfast! Adapted from my traditional english muffins recipe, they require an overnight rise but are so easy to put together and 100 times better than the grocery store version.

Fluffy light vanilla bean cake layers sandwiched between sweet tart fresh raspberry compote and luscious cream cheese whipped cream, this is a must have gorgeous dessert for the berry spring time!
