These fluffy hearty whole wheat english muffins make the perfect high fibre breakfast! Adapted from my traditional english muffins recipe, they require an overnight rise but are so easy to put together and 100 times better than the grocery store version.

APPLE PIE OATMEAL

I love recreating my favourite desserts into a wholesome breakfast meal. This warmly spiced apple pie oatmeal is lightly sweetened, very creamy and will keep you feeling energized throughout your morning. It’s the perfect weekday or lazy weekend breakfast. I topped mine with some roasted cinnamon apples to give it a little extra crisp.

NO-BAKE BISCOFF CHEESECAKE

Ok it’s official, I’m obsessed with this easy, luscious and delicious recipe! Biscoff biscuits are one of my favourite store bought cookies, they are perfectly spiced, lightly sweetened and make a wonderful tea addition. This cheesecake is the best of both worlds, with a creamy Biscoff cheesecake filling, crunchy crust and it comes together in just 15 minutes!

CHINESE BBQ SEITAN

This seitan has all the right textures is honestly so darn good! Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside and packed with flavour, a lil’ spicy with a light sweetness, it’s highly addictive!

TAHINI HOT CHOCOLATE

Stay warm and cozy with this tahini infused hot cocoa! The tahini makes it so creamy, nutty and enhances the chocolate flavour. I’m not even kidding, this is the only way I drink hot chocolate now!

GRANDMA’S OATMEAL COOKIES

This one is an oldy but a goody! Grandmas oatmeal cookies, simple wholesome flavours. These classic cookies are soft, chewy with perfectly crisp edges, and a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg. Switch it up and add some chocolate chips, raisins or mini white chocolate chips as I did.
