5-mins mango shrikhand

Mango shrikhand is a creamy velvety Indian dessert dish made with strained yogurt and mangoes sweetened. I love topping mine with bold saffron, pistachios and cardamon.

Yield: 2-3 servings
 1 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
 ¾ cup mango puree (canned or fresh)
 ½ tsp ground cardamom
 ½ tsp saffron strands dissolved in 1 tsp water
 optional saffron thread, rose petals or pistachios for garnish

In a medium bowl whisk all ingredients together until just combined. Top with optional garnishes.
